) oKnowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements oKnowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements oInterpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level oKnowledge of company policies, procedures and forms oTime management and time critical prioritization skills oSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player o2 or more years of directly related or closely related experience Responsibilities oResponsible for performing general maintenance of buildings and grounds at COA residential communities, under direction of the Community Manager oPerform preventative maintenance and routine maintenance oEnsure completion of work orders using work order system oGeneral maintenance, janitorial and grounds work throughout the Community oPeriodic inspections of grounds, common area buildings and structures oAdvising supervisor of needed repairs, improvements and safety issues oUnderstanding of Carpentry, Concrete, Doors, Drywall, Fencing, Cleaning, Gutters, Locks, Plumbing and Painting oPlus other work related tasks as needed oThis position does require working outdoors a large part of the day Valid US driver's license Clean background / NO Felonies Must be able to work at least 40 hours a week Mon-Fri Must be able to lift at least 45 lbs At least 3 years handyman experience with Drywall Power washing Painting Grout Replacing doors Caulking The schedule is Mon-Friday 7:
