Our client is seeking an additional full-time Project Accountant to join their team.
The Project Accountant will specialize in Accounts Payable overseeing 3-5 multimillion-dollar commercial projects, tracking lien waivers and releases, and working with 30-40 subcontractors per project, including recording and producing accurate and proper payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Process and distribute Owner Draw Requests along with required documentation Enter approved invoices into accounting system Distribute check(s) to subcontractors and suppliers Acquire lien waivers as required Process manual check requests as needed Verify vendor credentials, including W-9 forms and Signed Draw Requests If you have experience working as an Accounts Payable Specialist and/or Project Accountant in the Construction field, please consider submitting your resume to apply.
