Essential Functions:
Provide information and assistance to customers in the store by answering questions and solving problems.
Handle customer complaints in a timely manner and determine appropriate solutions.
Manage and respond to customer inquiries Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Provide product information and guidance to customers Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets Requirements:
Must be able to speak Spanish fluently.
Must be able to speak English fluently.
Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
Must have prior experience working in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
Job Type:
Full-time, weekends are required! Compensation is paid weekly of an hourly wage with opportunity for additional commissions and is based off of a full time schedule.
