Applicant will be responsible for filling in and assisting the overall daily operation of the facility.
Job Description:
Leasing storage and parking units Attending to the needs of storage customers Ability to articulate service and product features and how they benefit our customers Ability to work well with others Collecting rents on past due accounts, following up with collection calls Processing payments Responsible for phone, Internet and walk-in inquiries Responsible for maintaining and updating customer files Daily lock checks as well as visual inspections of building and premises Keeping the facility rented at optimal level by effectively selling the product -Applicant must possess written and oral communication skills and basic computer knowledge in outlook, word and excel -Must be organized and highly dependable with a positive attitude.
-Must have at least two years of similar experiences, (sales, customer service, rentals, collections) -Must have a clean employment and criminal history with valid driver's license Job requires:
High school diploma PLEASE NOTE:
