This is a full time, permanent position for a top notch person who would enjoy making a difference in the lives of seniors.
This highly visible, highly-responsible position requires a sharp, upbeat individual with strong customer service, communications, and administrative skills.
At the front desk, this critically important team member is the face of One Senior Place, welcoming visitors and assisting our clients with a smile and a cheerful, helpful attitude.
This position also involves assisting with marketing, events, making referrals and more - we are looking for a team player who is willing to help wherever help is needed.
Responsibilities Greet and direct visitors and customers Answer multiple phone lines Calendar management - schedule appointments; take RSVPs for multiple events Assist with in-house events:
promotion, scheduling, setup Assist with email newsletters, website, social media Perform general office duties and coordinate office/building operations Assist resident businesses/tenants with basic reception services Qualifications and Experience REQUIRED:
Cheerful, positive attitude.
Responsive customer service skills with a passion for helping people - patience and compassion for seniors is a must! Excellent computer skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Self-starter and detailed-oriented, with the ability to manage variety of personalities, projects, and deadlines despite interruptions Able to work autonomously and as part of a team with an all-hands-on-deck attitude High degree of professionalism and maturity with demonstrated integrity and initiative Excellent organizational and follow-through skills PREFERRED:
Experience working with seniors, the senior care industry, or senior services is a huge plus! Experience with basic website maintenance in WordPress, MailChimp, SEO marketing, and Facebook marketing is a huge plus! Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
