Active Florida 2-20 (Property & Casualty) license required, additional industry specific designations and education preferred Ideal candidate with 8
years experience in a supervisory and/or account management role Bachelor's degree preferred Applied Epic experience is a plus High emotional intelligence Servant leadership mentality with the ability to lead a team Ability to perform under pressure, use sound reasoning and judgement, and effective communication skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of insurance products and their application to business Knowledge of insurance markets Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with significant and frequent interruption Responsibilities for the Commercial Lines Insurance Manager/Director:
Lead and motivate employees by promoting teamwork and continuous improvement while upholding company standards and values Provide mentorship within the department Review employee work quality and interactions with clients Responsible for time and attendance tracking and monitoring department staffing and coverage Administer performance reviews, improvement plans, resolve any team related concerns or issues, and similar functions along with Human Resources Run reports and track productivity standards Day to day account manager items Training department specific staff with some offsite travel Collaborate and interact with other members of the management team Job Types:
