We are seeking a candidate with 10
years' experience for the position of Vice President of Consumer Services to lead our consumer services division within our HVAC company.
As the Vice President of Consumer Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of consumer services operations, including customer service, consumer experience, warranty support, and service delivery.
You will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention while also identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within the consumer services division.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to enhance consumer services operations, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives Customer
Experience:
Lead efforts to ensure exceptional customer experiences at all touchpoints, including pre-sales inquiries, service appointments, and post-service follow-ups Team Management:
Build and lead a high-performing consumer services team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and employee engagement Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate consumer services processes and procedures to identify areas for optimization and efficiency gains Quality Assurance:
Establish and maintain quality assurance standards to ensure service excellence and consistency across all consumer interactions Warranty Support:
Oversee the warranty support process, ensuring timely resolution of consumer issues and adherence to warranty policies Continuous Improvement:
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the consumer services division, encouraging innovation and creative problem-solving to address consumer needs and challenges
Qualifications:
Proven track record of leadership and success in consumer services or customer experience roles, preferably within the HVAC or related industry.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute on complex business strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated experience in team management, including recruiting, coaching, and developing talent.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making.
In-depth knowledge of consumer services best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
