As a Legal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our legal team and assist in the efficient operation of our law firm.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of legal documents - Assist with the preparation and organization of legal documents, including contracts and pleadings - Manage document management systems, ensuring files are properly organized and accessible - Provide general clerical support, such as answering phone calls, filing documents, and ordering supplies
