Responsibilities:
Communicates with clients, claims adjusters, litigation specialists, attorneys' offices, courts, and other agents to request additional information as needed Performs legal research as needed Collaborating with internal and external team members Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Must have a Florida bar license Prefer candidates with litigation and / or clerk experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills required Prior PC experience required including knowledge of word processing software (Word and Excel preferred) Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Necessary Attributes:
Self-starter with good verbal and written communications skills Ability to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills quickly Above average organizational skills Capable of multi-tasking effectively Ability to work independently Please see HR for information on physical demands and work environment of this job.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
