Candidates should have some experience working in an office environment.
Law office experience is a plus.

Hours are Monday thru Friday 8:
30 AM to 5:
30 PM with an hour lunch break each day.
Must have own vehicle and valid drivers license.
Criminal background and credit check to be conducted on applicants that make it to the final stage of the hiring process.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be detailed oriented and a self-started Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task Dependable with the ability to arrive on time daily Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Maintain a valid drivers license JOB DUTIES:
Assist attorneys and paralegals with maintaining physical and electronic files Performing general office duties and errands Data entry into billing system and document review program Answer phones Reply to this ad with resume.
