Summary:
Apply your understanding of tax and accounting theories and procedures on client engagementsIdentify and resolve client tax and accounting issuesPrepare & review medium/advanced complexity tax returns for individual, trust, corporate, partnership & foreign tax clientsResearch & consult on various tax matters utilizing tax related research softwareRespond to IRS and other tax authority inquiriesAbility to handle multiple priorities, clients and tight deadlinesDevelop & maintain client relationships, including involvement in business development and civic activitiesAbility to supervise/manage & train/mentor other staffAssist partner with client operational & control opportunities and client presentationsExcellent analytical skills with strong attention to detailStrong computer skills and excellent verbal, written & presentation skillsAttend CPE and training sessions on a regular basisPerform other job-related duties as necessaryAbility to work additional hours as neededQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in accountingCPA certificate4
years public accounting experienceStrong proficiency in Federal & State taxesStrong audit skills with proficiency in US GAAP, OCBOASelf starterStrong communication skills (written & verbal)Highly skilled in utilizing computer applicationsInterested in hearing more?
