Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Referees.
As a Referee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring fair play and maintaining the integrity of the game.

Responsibilities:
- Officiate games and enforce rules and regulations - Ensure fair play and sportsmanship among players - Make accurate calls and decisions during gameplay - Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and spectators - Manage conflicts or disputes that may arise during games - Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all participants - Provide feedback and guidance to players when necessary Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or in sports coaching is preferred - Knowledge of basketball rules and regulations is highly desirable - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to make quick decisions under pressure - Strong conflict management and problem-solving abilities - Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility At our organization, we value teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
