Must be able to work night shift/closing shift and weekends (4-5 days a week) Must be able to start work at 5pm (May need earlier in day but 5pm begins night shift) Clean and sanitize all dishes, cups, cutlery and cooking utensils Restock dishes to server stations and expo area Maintain clean workstation Execute closing procedures (e.

Stand for prolonged periods of time Safely handle sharp instruments/kitchen tools/utensils Lift and carry items (up to 50lbs) Handle cleaning chemicals and products Job Type:
