Our Direct Client is looking for a Senior ERP (FSCM) Interface Analyst
Job Description:
This role will focus primarily on leading and directing efforts for design, build, programming and maintenance of data interfaces for the PeopleSoft ERP system, primarily finance and supply chain. This role is also responsible for application component interfaces and integration broker of the PeopleSoft system.
Education:
Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
PeopleSoft Enterprise 9.x experience and certification preferred.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Organize and lead specification & design meetings to develop effective interfaces
Work under little to no supervision through all phases and cycles of work and be competent to work both independently and interdependently when and where necessary
Develop and execute interface implementation project plans with detailed tasks and appropriate time and resource estimates.
Provide mentoring and cross-training to peers and interdependent team members.
Conduct moderate to complex analysis and design work for the development of each interface system.
Responsible for engineering and programming of new integration solutions, persistently ensuring integrity of data.
Leverage the PeopleSoft application component interfaces and integration broker in the implementation of interface systems, with an emphasis on minimizing support and maintenance requirements
Design, build, test, implement and maintain the PeopleSoft interface framework for the exchange, integration, sharing and retrieval of ERP data.
Perform thorough quality assurance testing and validation to ensure all implemented interfaces are of highest reliability and accuracy.
Develop interfaces across Oracle PeopleSoft application modules for inbound/outbound data exchange to 3rd party systems.
Qualifications/Job Requirements:
Strong understanding of PeopleSoft application architecture, including infrastructure, database table structure, design standards, protocols, and delivered objects.
Experience with PeopleTools 8.52, PeopleCode, Application Engine, PeopleSoft application component interfaces, & integration broker is required.
Knowledge of Linux operating system, relational databases, database query language, e.g. SQL, and scripting experience is required.
Experience with file/date transfer protocols, e.g. FTP, TFTP, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills, as well as written and oral communication skills.
Excellent analytical, design, and organizational skills, with strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
Manage time efficiently with the capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Preferences:
3-5 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining PeopleSoft system interfaces.
Experience with enterprise integration engines is preferred, e.g. Cloverleaf.
Experience with HL7 interfaces in a healthcare environment is preferred.
Knowledge of Java, Java Messaging Service, and C+
is preferred.
