Operations Manager
This Operations Manager Position Features:
Recruit, interview and hire for all open cleaner positions
Track, review, and distribute, hiring material
Proactively make recommendations and offer solutions to improve performance
Help to reduce turnover
Monitor prevailing labor rates for positions weekly, Assist in establishing rates for new accounts
Review time keeping reports
Provide daily direction and support to staff
Review supply usage and cost
Search for alternative supply solutions
Complete 100% of safety required inspections- report any deficiencies to the VP
Become a certified Professional Safety Manager ( PSM)
Monitor and track any incidents, inform VP of any noncompliance immediately
Document incidents immediately
Manage all aspects of workers comp process
Distribute safety charts and ensure compliance
Add knowledge and innovate ways to improve safety and reduce cost.
Attend 2 manager meetings a year
Excellent organization skills and show leadershipEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
