Wireless Retail - Service Technician
Maycom LLC, a Sprint Preferred Retailer is currently seeking a Service Technician to join our successful team. Are you technically minded and love keeping up on the latest technology? Wireless Retail Service Technicians assist customers by providing expertise on wireless products an offering solutions based on customer needs with extreme attention to customer satisfaction. You will work as part of a winning team and maintain a positive attitude while troubleshooting and solving problems, providing technical expertise and building lasting relationships with customers. You must have a desire and ambition and can earn an unlimited amount of commissions in addition to salary. Must be comfortable offering products to customers and be able to provide customer training and device set up.
Qualifications:
-You are technically savvy and familiar with Android, Google, 3G/4G, and Web OS.
-You are dynamic, sales and customer service driven.
-You love working with people and finding solutions to their problems.
-Comfortable offering products to customers.
-You possess strong organizational skills, are detail and goal oriented, and highly motivated.
-Excellent oral and written skills.
-Wireless, electronics or Management experience in Retail or Customer Service.
-Available full time with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends and some holidays.
Hourly plus commissions with no cap on earnings, great benefit package, full training provided.
