Personal Assistant

We are looking for energetic, motivated and driven individuals for a Personal Assistant position. The assistant will work daily/weekly following up with leads, researching property data, running comparable analysis, preparing contracts, making appointments, transaction management and showing property and other administrative tasks.

General Job Description:
Prospect for new clients, make outbound calls to prospect database and Input/Manage client & lead databases
Respond to inquiries and inbound leads from all Internet lead sources, sign calls, and etc. with ability to answer real estate related questions
Assist Broker in managing transactions
Making appointments & preparing showing instructions for Broker
Conduct online assessments to qualify prospects with ongoing communication via social media, email, phone calls, texting, and Internet leads software system
Showing property for Broker on an as needed basis

Real Estate License a must

Key Activities & Duties
Set weekly goals
Track all key business activities.
Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks.
Adhere to calendar of set blocked time for activities designed to reach goals.
Willing to be held accountable for goals & results.
Manage contact database system and prospect for new clients on a daily basis.
Manage new leads each week & work existing leads to convert into buying/listing appointments based upon behavior analysis
Practice, memorize and internalize scripts daily/weekly.
Education Requirements
High school diploma and Real Estate License is required. A strong background in computers, marketing and business is also useful.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
