Marketing Administrator

Tax Care is an accounting and tax solution firm with expertise in small business. We are leaders in using cutting-edge mobile apps and cloud-based services. We offer corporate and personal tax returns, payroll, accounting, insurance and more. Our focus is on helping small businesses grow.
We're looking for someone who is extremely organized and comfortable working on both administrative and marketing tasks. The Marketing Administrator works closely with the Director of Operations and Marketing Director in the firm to manage data, build reports, create email campaigns and coordinate day-to-day operations with our core software applications.
We will provide you with training on our unique software and marketing systems and you will have the opportunity to assist the Marketing Director on multiple campaigns for the Tax Care Franchise Group.
Desired Qualifications
o High School Diploma or GED (Two years college or equivalent work experience preferred)
o Three years of related experience or relevant coursework
o Able to exchange non-routine information using tact and persuasion as appropriate
o Strong communication skills (written and oral, bilingual a plus)
o Stays adaptable to changing priorities and new technological developments
o Ability to meet multiple deadlines
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
o Coordinates and implements administrative office tasks such as appointment-setting, records control, setting up web and phone conferences and ordering office supplies.
o Analyzes unit operating practices such as record keeping systems, forms/file control, and personnel requirements, supports in creating new systems, updates operations manual as needed
o Interprets and communicates company culture and concepts
o Participates in new team member orientation/training/deployments of new employees as needed
o Locates and compiles information through reports, resources, records and other sources of information to support network
o Assists with event planning, PowerPoint presentations, expos, workshops and other marketing engagements as needed.
o Operates computer/tablet/mobile phone to access e-mail, Outlook calendars, CRM systems, Salesforce, and other basic office support software/applications/mobile apps
o Uses our core software applications such as Salesforce, I-Contact, Sales Genie, Outlook, Basecamp, Brosix, DropBox, and Creative Solutions to format data/communications and/or reports
o Exercises administrative judgment and assumes responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting staff, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
