We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a HRIS Analyst -Support position that will be based in our Human Resources ERP Project (iSynergy) department. This position is based at our Solutions Center in Altamonte Springs, FL.
The HRIS Analyst-Support is part of the HRIS team supporting multiple HR applications and technologies for Shared Services, HR Centers of Expertise, HR Business Partners and employees and managers at our Hospitals.
The HRIS Analyst-Support works under the direction of the iSynergy HR Manager/Senior Manager and is responsible for assisting with HRIS related activities with supervision. Activities include, but are not limited to; system configuration, data conversion, functional specifications, program and system quality testing, go-live and post go-live implementation support.
The HRIS Analyst-Support may be assigned cases needing resolution within the HR Help Desk (HRHD), as well as, perform testing in partnership with the Deployment, IT and Security teams.
The ideal candidate for the HRIS Analyst-Support is a motivated individual who has completed a 4-year degree program and is looking to transition to their first role in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
This individual should have strong analytical and problem solving skills and a desire to work for Adventist Health System in the field of HRIS.
If successful, the HRIS Analyst-Support expected to transition to an iSynergy HRIS Analyst-Associate role once they have achieved the Associate Analyst program standards.
Specific job duties include:
Learn to navigate and transact within HRIS Systems.
Acquire, maintain and increase knowledge of HRIS processes and systems.
Learn to perform tests within HRIS Systems. Complete appropriate documentation for tests completed. Retest as needed.
Demonstrate ability to learn HRIS analytical work quickly, to work with minimal supervision once trained, and to pay significant attention to detail.
Escalate issues in testing or with customers quickly.
Participate in functional specification development sessions and documentation.
Support all compensation and absence management processes and applications used by AHS.
Perform financial and root cause analysis on a variety of data sets.
Assist in processing absence management during each payroll cycle.
Responsible for timely management of HR Help Desk cases escalated to HRIS.
Develop functional specification documents for new PeopleSoft development.
Work as assigned with IT on break/fix issues and new development.
Responsible for testing changes to compensation and absence management forms, processes and interfaces.
System configuration and maintenance of compensation and absence management tables.
Perform testing and conversion validations for deployment to new facilities
Review data in legacy systems and in current HRIS systems to support deployment needs.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in related field required
AHS or other healthcare/business internship completion a plus
Knowledge & Skills Required:
PC/Laptop
Critical thinking and intermediate problem solving abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
Strong Verbal and Writing skills
Analytical skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with other colleagues to work toward desired business outcomes.
Demonstrated Academic success
Project/process design or improvement analysis skills preferred
HR system/application/data troubleshooting preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
